Milestone

After the Hungarian edition of the NIV Study Bible in 2001 and the publication of the NIV Student Bible in Hungary in 2014, we have reached another milestone, which also surpasses the previous ones.

We want to perform this huge task to the highest standard possible, with the hope that the Word of God can be alive and effective among Hungarian speakers through this tool as well.

The publication of the Hungarian edition of the ESV Study Bible is unique and epoch-making. Such a thorough, complex and rich Bible study tool has never been published in Hungarian before. Obviously, this is also due to the fact that producing and publishing such work is not commercially viable. In order for this publication to be affordable after its publication and to be able to make an impact, it is necessary to unite and selflessly support many people.

Megkezdjük a 80 000 párhuzamos helynek a magyar szöveghez illesztését. Mivel az angol és a magyar Bibliában található versszámozás eltérő, első körben a jelölt igehelyeket a magyar versszámozáshoz kell igazítani.

2017

áprilisa

Elkezdődnek a munkák a kiadványban található térképeken és ábrákon. Ez közel 1100, a kiadványban szereplő megnevezés magyar megfelelőjének a beírását jelenti.

Befejeződnek a fordítási munkák, immár teljes mértékben az előszerkesztés folyhat.

2018

augusztusa

Nagyobb adomány érkezik a munkák folytatásához, amiben meglátjuk Isten gondoskodását.

2019

szeptembere

Megkezdődnek a szerkesztési munkák a már előszerkesztett szövegeken. Megkezdik a munkájukat az első lektorok.

2020

októbere

Megkezdjük a 80 000 párhuzamos igehelynek a magyar szavakhoz illesztését. Ez nagyon összetett feladat, ugyanis pontosan meg kell hozzá határozni azt, hogy az eredeti angol szónál lévő jelölés a magyar fordításban hol található.

decembere

Befejeződnek az előszerkesztési munkák, elkészül a kiadvány végleges belső oldalterve, arculata.

2021

februárja

Elkészülnek az első betördelt könyvek, megkezdődik a korrektúra munkafolyamata.

2021

júniusa

Nagyobb adományok érkeznek a munkák folytatására. Hála Istennek, aki mindeddig megsegített!

novembere

Félidő a párhuzamos igehelyeknél. 40 000 párhuzamos igehely jelölése került immár a helyére.

2022

májusa

Elkészül a Magyarázatos Károli-Biblia megújult honlapja. Újabb gyűjtőkampányt indítunk a munkálatok befejezésének költségeire. Reméljük, idejében összegyűlik mindaz, ami még szükséges a hátralévő munkákra, és megjelenhet végre a Magyarázatos Károli-Biblia!

Befejeződik a 80 000 párhuzamos igehelynek a magyar szavakhoz illesztése. Ez egy újabb fontos mérföldkő a kiadvány megjelenéshez vezető úton.

A nyomdai előkészítő munkák elérik a 85%-os készültséget. Ezzel immár valóban belátható közelségbe került a kiadvány megjelenése.
